Brexit Update
We want to re-assure all our customers that we have everything in place for the end of the transition period when the UK leaves the European Union. We have written this page to make sure all our customers are kept fully up to date with any issues or delays that may affect our service.
We are happy to say as a result of the Northern Ireland Protocol we are in a very strong position to continue to service our customers in exactly the same way as we do currently and nothing will change when the transition period ends on the 31st of December 2020 at 11 pm.
We are well prepared for shipping with our delivery partners and have been working hard to get all preparations in-place to allow us to have a smooth transition. However, it would be negligent to not forecast some minor disruption in deliveries where our delivery partners adjust to the new rules and processes that need to adhered to. We will keep this page updated regularly with any delays that we encounter. We hope this will be minimal.
We want to "De-Bunk" and misconceptions you may have.
