Shipping Info:

Monday To Friday

- If ordered before 2pm the order will be dispatched the same day where possible, unless it is a public holiday

- If you order after 2pm there is no guarantee that the order will be dispatched on the same day, but we will try our very best to get it out on the day, if not it will leave us the next working day.
Saturday To Sunday

- If the order is placed late Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will aim to dispatch this order on Monday, unless it is a Bank Holiday, then it will be on the Tuesday.
Public Holiday

- We cannot send out any orders on a Bank Holiday, the order will be dispatched the next working day.
Express Deliveries

- All our Express Deliveries are delivered by Carrier.

- Our Carriers deliver from Monday to Friday.

- If an Express Order is sent out on Friday then you will receive the package on Monday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday then you will receive the package on the next Working Day.

Remote Area Charges:

In a situation where a standard Royal Mail service is not able to send your order, there may be an extra cost for delivery to addresses containing the post codes listed below. Please note that EXPRESS Services are NOT possible either due to our couriers charging remote area charges. We will contact you prior to shipping with more information if extra charges are required to send your order.
