Multi-layer carbon construction hockey stick with 80% Toray carbon supplemented with fibreglass, Kevlar and basalt.

This Ultimate bend stick represents fantastic value for money with 80% Carbon at a relatively low consumer price point. The Ultimate bend offers an aggressive low-bend shape with an open face and shaft profile to aid drag-flicking, sling-shot pushing and disguised slaps. The high-levels of carbon still offer high energy transfer which is the fundamental requirement for hitting power, however, the 20% make-up of fibreglass, basalt and Kevlar offer a good level of feel and forgiveness if the player doesn’t find the hitting sweet sport every time.

The Ultimate Bend is the most aggressive low bend that we have ever made, the maximum bend at the lowest legal point enhances drag flicking and aerial skills, it has a shaft weighting to aid stick head speed but still provide power and balance for the slapping and pushing associated with elite level skill execution. Suited for elite players, players with performance aspirations, desire to drag-flick and/or the ability to change hand position on skill execution, specifically hitting.

Monday To Friday

• If ordered before 2pm the order will be dispatched the same day where possible, unless it is a public holiday
• If you order after 2pm there is no guarantee that the order will be dispatched on the same day, but we will try our very best to get it out on the day, if not it will leave us the next working day.

Saturday To Sunday

• If the order is placed late Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will aim to dispatch this order on Monday, unless it is a Bank Holiday, then it will be on the Tuesday.

Public Holiday

• We cannot send out any orders on a Bank Holiday, the order will be dispatched the next working day.

Express Deliveries

• All our Express Deliveries are delivered by Carrier.

• Our Carriers deliver from Monday to Friday.

• If an Express Order is sent out on Friday then you will receive the package on Monday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday then you will receive the package on the next Working Day.

Please Note:

Where possible we have tried to get our shipping costs correct at the time and we up date it each month.  Sometimes we will have to make contact with you if the shipping costs you have paid for do not cover the actual costs.  You will be contacted and given the option on what you would like to do.  Please note we will also refund any extra costs on shipping if we can get the items to you at a better price with our selected courier.

Total-hockey is a UK based company and we comply with UK Consumer law. This includes the Distance Selling Regulations. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible, so our policy allows you to make a return up to 30 days from receipt.
Total Hockey reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the item(s) if the packaging or product are in such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale.
If you are looking to exchange/return any item(s):

• They MUST be returned in an unused/unworn condition. i.e tags on clothing, shoes, bags etc.
• Sticks MUST undamaged with their manufacturers stickers, barcodes etc. still on the stick.
• All Club Clothing MUST be sent back to our Brentford Store.

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Special offers where it is stated on the products description that no returns, refunds or exchanges are available against the listed product.
• Personalised or bespoke items e.g a player’s shirt or keepers smock with a printed name and/or number on it as well as any garments with club badges embroidered.
• Under garments including, base-layers etc.

Item Refunds

We at Total-Hockey will only accept products that have been returned correctly (Left Image). If products come back in incorrect packaging or not carefully returned (Right Image) we will deduct 35% from the refund due to not being able to re sell the products and damages.
