European shipping is split into Euro Zones. You can search any of these countries above and the correct zone will be shown automatically.

General shipping information

Monday to Friday: If ordered before 2pm, your order will be dispatched the same day where possible, unless it is a public holiday. Orders placed after 2pm are not guaranteed to dispatch the same day, but we will try our best; otherwise they will leave the next working day.

Saturday to Sunday: Orders placed late Friday, Saturday or Sunday will usually be dispatched on Monday. If Monday is a Bank Holiday, dispatch will usually be Tuesday.

Public holidays: Orders cannot be sent on Bank Holidays and will be dispatched the next working day.

Remote area charges and shipping cost adjustments

If a standard service cannot be used, there may be an extra cost for delivery to addresses deemed remote by our carriers. For some regions, express services may not be possible where remote area charges apply.

Shipping costs are reviewed regularly. If the amount paid does not cover the actual courier cost, Total Hockey may contact you before dispatch with options. If a better courier price is available, any extra shipping cost can be refunded.

Import duties, taxes and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are usually the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs checks can occasionally delay delivery beyond the estimated working-day service shown above.

Route package protection

Route package protection can be added at checkout to help protect eligible orders against loss, damage or theft in transit. Route also provides tracking and carbon-neutral package protection services.
